Hey, look what you can do! I came across someone else’s Flickr slide show embedded in a blog and thought to myself, “Self, you should do that with some of your pictures.” There are a couple of free slide show makers that I came across after very little research. Here’s what SlideFlickr can do:
I really like the fact that you can put an audio track behind the slide show, but it always plays it immediately. And at full volume! I wanted to put “Ain’t no mountain high enough” with it, but I didn’t want the song to overtake the entire site. Enter Audacity where I was able to dial the volume down. It’s still there, but much more subtlely.
