Who knew there was a Schommer in the NFL? I only stumbled across it this year when I learned Nick Schommer made the roster of the Tennessee Titans.
A safety in his first year out of North Dakota State University, he has a whopping 1 tackle this year. His complete bio, such that it is, can be found here.
What got my attention this week was a news item about the Titans scoring a safety on a blocked punt – by one Mr. Schommer.
