We’ll be embarking on our trip west in a couple days. As you might expect, we’re all spending the last few days before our trip west by getting things in order. Since I’m still working the early part of the week, I have to be more creative during the evening hours. I should make a list…
Luckily, there will be a trailer available for hauling cabin stuff that we really don’t need until we arrive in Colorado. This will free up the vehicle and ensure a more comfortable ride. With snacks and a plug-in cooler in the vehicle, we should be set for hours and hours (and hours and hours) of in-car fun!
Thanks to this new toy, we should be able to stay connected to the Internet as needed during most of the trip. Keeping under Verizon’s 5MB limit will be the tough part. I’m going to try to update this blog at least every other day with our adventures. Since I’ll be on the netbook using a constrained connection, there will be no pictures until we return.
Confession: I fully plan on returning the device when we get back. If I/we traveled more it might be more tempting to keep it, but I don’t see that happening. Thank you, Verizon, for your 30-day return policy.
