“Why did you sign me up for all these camps?”
“I can’t believe I’m going to ANOTHER volleyball camp – 3 weeks in a row!”
“Why should I play club ball?”
These questions and more were put to rest when Hannah found out today that she will play JV volleyball this season for Marshall High School.
She was bursting at the seams when she called me today but didn’t spill the beans until she and Monica and Clare met me at the club house for dinner after golf tonight.
Don’t know anything about the team, don’t know how much she’ll play, but Hannah will be the lone freshman on the squad when they play their first match next Tuesday.
We’re extremely proud of her and the work she put in to make this happen. She set her sights on making JV this summer and when practice started this week she turned it up a notch and was rewarded for her efforts.
