Additional worldly entries:

There have been two Schommer’s in Germany who say that there are A LOT of other Schommer’s in an area called Saarland (in the west part of Germany, bordering Luxembourg and France).

There was one Schommer who wrote from Eastern Africa (Tanzania, on his way to Malawi).
