After a recent trip to the eye doctor, the girls were each able to reverse their fortune regarding corrective lenses.
As somewhat expected, Clare found out she was able to stop wearing her glasses. They told us she would probably grow out of her minor sight issues, so we were all glad when she found out that her time with glasses is over. OK, she didn’t wear them much anyway, and she could probably only locate one of her two pairs of glasses if pressed.
Hannah, on the other hand, has the beginnings of near-sightedness, so we decided to get her a pair of glasses so she can better focus on objects in the distance. I believe she tried on every single pair in the shop. George the optician earned his pay that day.
