Good Lord, what have we done?
In the spirit of “all kids should have a pet at least once during their childhood,” we were the proud(?) recipients of two kittens last weekend.
They’re kittens, so of course they’re cute. The two we have are courtesy of a stray that Auntie Valerie came across. Surprise, she was pregnant (the stray, not Valerie) and had three kittens. We got the two sisters while their brother went to another family. Thanks to the Hron-Batista-Kaiser family for taking care of them for the first couple of months.
Our girls are very excited to have pets that can be cuddled. I’ve been told that fish and frogs do not qualify. Go figure.
