In a convincing manner, the Green Bay Packers dominated their way to the NFC Championship game by beating Seattle 42-20. In reality, the score should have been 42-6 since the Packers spotted the Seahawks a quick 14 points on 2 Ryan Grant turnovers.
Even though the game started out with pleasant Wisconsin winter weather, it gradually turned into a snowstorm by the end of the third quarter. Unlike the weather in Chicago a few weeks ago, there wasn’t the wind issue to deal with, so Brett was able pick apart Seattle all day. Snow? Pish posh. Making up for his early miscues, Grant ran for a Packer playoff record of 201 yards and 3 touchdowns. Nice job, Holmgren. You’re welcome to come back any time.

Personally, I was never worried about Seattle all week. We have their number. Now if the NY Giants can take care of Dallas, we’ll be back at Lambeau next week for the NFC Championship game.
Both championship games are on Sunday next week, so clear your calendars!
